Cut the grapes in half, about 1 cup.
Thinly slice about 1/2 cup celery.
Chop up Cashews. About 1/4 cup will do.
Start layering each item in a mixing bowl. Add 1/4 cup sour cream and 1/4 cup mayonnaise.
Open 2 cans chicken and 2 cans turkey. If you want to cook, cool, and shred your own, feel free.

Add 1/2 teaspoon Salad Supreme
Add the chicken and turkey.
Stir all ingredients to desired consistency. Salt and pepper to taste.
Layer in the middle of Croissants and enjoy!
